The number one destination in ease of doing business is Ghana, among West African countries. According to the 2014 Doing Business report, Published by the World Bank Group, Ghana ranks first of all fifteen countries of ECOWAS, the Economic Community of West African States.
Ghana was followed by Cape Verde, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria. The aggregate ease of doing business rankings is based on 10 indicators, like trading across borders, paying taxes, and resolving insolvency. The global Doing Business report covers 189 economies.
